This tote comes from a pattern from Cozy Nest Design on Etsy. It’s available in digital and paper versions (I got the digital one). The pattern also includes a smaller size of the tote design and a cosmetic bag.
The instructions are good and I didn’t have any problems with anything, even the more complicated stuff like bias tape, although it’s not like I did it 100% perfectly. I wouldn’t be me if I did. You can see the bias tape sewing is all over the place. IIRC I had to redo a couple parts because I didn’t catch all the layers. The one I made is not as rigid as some of the samples look. It’s possible that I got less stable interfacing than what was indicated in the pattern. I got the fabrics (the gold looking one is a metallic batik) and interfacing at Joann, and sometimes they just don’t have a huge selection of interfacing, especially for stuff like crafts (as opposed to apparel interfacing). I don’t have a lot more to say about that! Short post!
